The Met Creative Office buildings were designed to appeal to tech, lab and innovative office tenants.  The facade design includes board formed exposed concrete with steel accents and a combination of dark and clear glazing.  The buildings provide an abundance of natural light via grade level windows and banded glazing above.  The active landscape which includes ping pong tables and bocce ball courts are easily accessed through glass roll up overhead doors.
