Ridgemont Properties, Inc., a returning client of Studio8, is bringing two food and beverage concepts and a neighborhood office space that champion the evolution of the City of Alamo Heights’s pedestrian experience and built environment. Working with much of the existing structure and conditions, Studio8 is approaching the design process with preservation, restoration, and transformation in mind.
