Veramendi Amenity Center
Veramendi is an emerging neighborhood in New Braunfels, Texas, with approximately half of the master plan already constructed. This includes single-family homes, multifamily housing, schools, retail spaces, and an amenity center for residents.
Studio8 was engaged to design and master plan Veramendi’s second amenity center, which will serve as a key entrance to a new regional park, accessible to both the community and the public.
The Grotto Amenity Center offers a unique blend of relaxation and recreation, featuring a private pool, clubhouse, pavilion, exterior workout equipment, and pickleball courts.
As visitors approach, they descend into the space, leaving the parking lot behind and entering a serene natural setting. From the clubhouse or pool, guests enjoy stunning views of the adjacent regional park.
