The Hill Country Galleria serves as the town center for the City of Bee Cave and provides shopping, restaurants, theaters and community events. The addition of office space provided the catalyst to activate the development to a vibrant community hub.

Studio8 provided design services for three new 3-story speculative office buildings located on tight infill lots within the development. The buildings blend with the retail environment using a rich palette of materials and forms creating a warm and inviting complement to the overall development.
