As a collection of three individual one-story buildings, Hill Country Village Office Park is a small-scale masterplan of speculative industrial office spaces. The client sought to establish a local office park with a flexible and interchangeable layout that could accommodate a multitude of potential tenants and business types.
Because of the significant natural slope of the site, each building was carefully planned and arranged as a means to interface holistically with the site’s existing conditions. The result is a terraced approach between the buildings that is connected together via the outdoor amenity green spaces.

Textured Formliner tilt-wall panels and dark bronze finishes are complimented by the warmth of the hybrid-wood siding, and Corten steel cladding provides an accent to key facade conditions.

The centralized outdoor patio and covered trellis creates a place for communal gathering beyond the conventional work environment. Smaller, individual tenant patios offer additional places of respite and intimacy.

Tilt-wall construction allows for the modulation of the building facades that helps establish a pattern of interchangeable pieces that create a rhythm throughout the office park.
