The Studio8 Architects team was thrilled to join HCEDP and our partners for the groundbreaking of Buildings 1, 2, and 3 at Kyle Technology Park. This exciting development will feature spec office/warehouse spaces ranging from 20,000 to 35,000 sq. ft., located at 404 Plum Creek Meadows Dr., Kyle, TX—a prime location for innovation and business expansion.

Led by John Walsh, CEO, Founder, and President of TIG Real Estate Services, Inc., this project represents a significant step forward in supporting the economic growth of our region. We’re proud to play a role in shaping spaces that will foster opportunity and progress.

We are excited to be working with Dunaway (Structural), Bay & Associates, Kimley-Horn, and Cadence McShane Construction on this project.

We were also honored to share this moment with Victoria Vargas and Lauren Lyons from the City of Kyle Economic Development Department, Council Member Lauralee Harris (District 4), and HCEDP staff members Ted Groholske and Jennifer Rogers.

The event concluded with a unique and memorable tradition—attendees broke champagne bottles to commemorate the launch! The glass will be placed in the building’s foundation, symbolizing the strength and collaboration behind this project.

At Studio8 Architects, we’re passionate about designing spaces that inspire growth and community. Today’s groundbreaking is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see these buildings come to life.

Stay tuned for updates as Kyle Technology Park takes shape!
