Group Serve Day with Mobile Loaves & Fishes Community First! Village

After nearly six months of coordination across multiple teams, the MLF Phases 3 & 4 project team came together on a beautiful Saturday morning at Community First! Village to make a hands-on impact.

Community First! Village, a development by Mobile Loaves & Fishes, is a master-planned neighborhood that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for men and women overcoming chronic homelessness. This transformative program not only serves its residents but also empowers the broader community to embrace a lifestyle of service.

Studio8, alongside our friends and colleagues at Square One Consultants, GarzaEMC, and Structura, joined the Property Beautification team to dig a trench for a custom water feature and prepare garden beds, soon to be home to native flowers. It was refreshing to step away from our screens and see everyone roll up their sleeves for such a meaningful cause.

The custom water feature, a new addition for the village, will offer a sense of tranquility and respite for all to enjoy. At Studio8, we believe in creating meaningful connections—both through our designs and in the communities we serve. We’re proud to have shared this day with our partners and encourage others to get out there and volunteer.
