Since 2016, Studio8 has continued to renew our JUST™ label through the International Living Future Institute (ILFI).
At Studio8, we use the JUST™ program as a tool to measure how we’re doing and keep improving. It’s a voluntary tool that helps organizations like ours strengthen policies that focus on employee well-being, inclusivity, and community connections, while promoting fair and equitable practices.
With 21 indicators across six categories—Diversity, Inclusion, Compensation, Health, Benefits, and Stewardship—JUST provides a clear framework to track our progress. Every two years, we revisit the program to keep getting better and ensure we’re staying true to social justice values and building a more equitable workplace for everyone.
