PCC receives $10M from St. David’s Foundation
People’s Community Clinic will move into a new 54,000-square-foot headquarters in northeast Austin, with help from a $10 million grant from the St. David’s Foundation. The $16 million project will give the group that serves at-risk communities a second location since it will also keep its downtown facility open.

The new headquarters was formerly home of the Texas Real Estate Commission and was purchased last fall. It will be gutted and renovated, with architecture services from Studio8 Architects and the Office of Local Architecture, with contracting work overseen by Zapalac/Reed Construction Company.
