Mid-Level Interior Designer (5-10 years of experience)
Candidates are expected to have the following credentials:
- Experience in the design and technical development of a variety of commercial projects
- Project management experience to include writing proposals, scheduling & budgeting projects, tasking team members, managing project fee, and QA/QC of all project documents
- As the main point of contact for projects, this role requires strong communication skills with clients, staff, consultants, vendors and contractors

Mid-Level Architect (5-10 years of experience)

- Ability to multi-task and work through fast paced projects
- Exceptional graphic and presentation skills

BIM Manager (5-10 years of experience)
Candidates should have the following credentials:
- Previous experience leading a design team using BIM.
- Positive attitude and a good team player.
- Has ability and passion to learn new BIM tools and stay abreast with the latest technology.
- Previous experience working on architecture and interior design projects.
- Possesses understanding of levels of development for each discipline.
- Experience in collaborating with other construction trades such as MEP and Structural and are able to manage and coordinate multiple models.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 setup, management, and coordination. This includes setting up BIM 360 projects, publishing, and consuming models.
- Knowledge with clash detection software (i.e. Navisworks, BIM360 Collaboration) is a plus.
- Help improve, implement, and enforce current office BIM standards and workflows.
- Maintain and build upon current template files, manage plugins, and create new Revit content (smart families, schedules, material assets, etc).
- Train staff and create training material/documents for communicating updates and standards.
- Keep up with new BIM practices by doing regular research and keep up with his/her professional development.
- Participate and be able to lead BIM kick-off project meetings and create BIM Execution Plans.
- Coordinate with IT team on new software releases.
- Be experienced in the following software or platform:
- BIM 360 – Design Collaboration and Document Management
- Latest version of Revit
- Revit Plugins- PyRevit, UNIFI, Enscape, Keynote Manger.
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in Dynamo is a plus
- Other Autodesk and Adobe software is a plus

Sustainability Specialist (2 years or closely related experience)
