Located in the Imagine Austin Corridor, Studio8 has been working with Accesso Partners on the masterplanning of the 138 acre site that was previously developed as a Technology Campus. The campus currently consists of approximately 957,000 s.f. of office and lab space surrounded by large surface parking areas. The redevelopment plan creates a dense, mixed-use development, adding an additional 800,000 s.f. of new office, 40,000 s.f. of retail, a 120 key hotel and approximately 1.4 million s.f. of new multi-family residential. The development features best-in-class amenities for an office campus including a fitness center, large cafe, softball and soccer fields, sandy volleyball courts, a pavilion and a daycare center.
