7700 Parmer Campus Masterplan
Located in Austin’s vibrant Parmer Lane Corridor, Studio8 collaborated with Accesso Partners to reimagine the 129-acre former Motorola Technology Campus.
The redevelopment transforms approximately 957,000 square feet of existing office and lab space into a dynamic mixed-use environment while introducing an additional 800,000 square feet of new office space, 40,000 square feet of retail, a 120-key hotel, and 1.4 million square feet of multi-family residential units.
The master plan prioritizes a vibrant live-work-play atmosphere with best-in-class amenities, including a fitness center, large café, softball and soccer fields, sandy volleyball courts, a pavilion, and a daycare center. Designed to integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and heritage trees, the buildings achieve a modern aesthetic that complements the existing campus while maximizing value for tenants and stakeholders.
Studio8’s long-standing relationship with Accesso Partners includes ongoing work on tenant finish-outs and cafeteria remodels, underscoring a commitment to enhancing the campus’s functionality and appeal.
