AANP, the voice of Nurse Practitioners around the United States, was looking to accommodate their growth with an updated headquarters in the Austin area. The team’s attuned and efficient design allows AANP to expand at their desired pace, while providing an established home for their organization.
The exterior features accents of local stone, modern glass curtain wall and storefront glazing, as well as smooth finished stucco. The main entry façade contains an open air exterior terrace amenity that aligns with the tectonic architectural adjustments. The building provides AANP with both a visually compelling, and programmatically functional piece of architecture.
