Bouldin Creek Commons

Bouldin Creek Commons is a state-of-the-art, mixed-use office building that captures the vibrant character of South Lamar.
Situated on a prime four-acre site at the corner of South Lamar Boulevard and West Oltorf Street, this four-story Class A office development offers seamless access to local amenities while steering clear of downtown congestion and parking challenges. As the Architect of Record, Studio8 collaborated with Michael Hsu to bring this experiential design to life, ensuring it reflects the essence of South Austin from concept through construction.

To further ingrain the property in the local community, Bouldin Creek partnered with the Downtown Austin Alliance’s Writing on the Walls program to commission four murals throughout the property from local artists Soledad Ferandez-Whitechurch, Tyler Hobbs, Sophie Roach and Jana Swec.

Bouldin Creek’s design celebrates the natural characteristics of South Austin, the surrounding neighborhood and adjacent green belt through the use of natural materials, as well as bold patterning and massing.

Among the project’s amenities are an expansive rooftop deck, conference center and tenant lounge, two acres of green space with meeting areas, an onsite gym and spa-like locker room plus secure, and covered bike storage.
