Financial Services Company

Studio8 was engaged by Fennie + Mehl to bring their design for a confidential, Financial Services Company—a long-standing client of theirs—into reality for the company’s Austin office. Our role included developing construction documents and overseeing construction administration.

The existing suite was fully demolished to maximize stunning views of downtown Austin to the east and south. To preserve these vistas, perimeter offices and conference rooms were outfitted with full-height glazing and sliding doors. Standout features include a custom-built wine display in the reception area and integrated upholstered seating throughout the space. Studio8 worked closely with the Design Architect to ensure every detail from carpet patterning to banquette millwork was executed with precision.
