Studio8 was hired by Fennie + Mehl to take their design for the Financial Services Company, through construction documents and construction administration. The existing suite was completely demolished to open up views of downtown Austin on the East and South side of the building. To maintain the views, full height glazing with sliding doors lined perimeter offices and conference rooms. Feature elements include a custom built-in wine display in the reception area and upholstered built-in seating throughout the space.
