As an advanced, end-to-end manufacturer, Flex provides integrated lifecycle services spanning design and engineering, supply chain, advanced manufacturing, forward logistics and value-added fulfillment, and aftermarket services.

At its U.S. headquarters in Austin, TX, Flex needed a welcoming yet efficient and highly functional space for employees and guests. it was important to Flex to maintain their brand identity by incorporating a modern design.

A large  boardroom table allows guests appropriate viewing angles of the AV solution while built-in banquette seating allows for guest overflow. Acoustics played a major role throughout the project. This conference room utilizes a stepped acoustic ceiling, carpeting, and double pane glass walls to provide acoustic comfort and speech privacy.

Workstation finishes are subtle and understated to complement nicely and connect to the interior color scheme and create a timeless appearance.

The soft curves of the ceiling cloud and corridor light are a repeating motif throughout the project relating back to the company logo. The furniture surfaces and privacy screens also pick up the soft curve elements.

The breakroom is a warm retreat from the office space; with acoustic elements, wood flooring and moss accents. Movable furniture allows various groups to come together.

The executive suite is designated by a change in carpet pattern and color which denotes it from the open office area.  Ergonomics were essential and played a vital role in the design with integrated technology, monitor arms and height adjustable desks.

The existing restrooms in the suite were refreshed with a softer, modern palette, and custom curved backlit mirrors.
