LatinWorks, now Third Ear, was a full-service, multicultural advertising agency that required a design supporting a buzzing, high-energy environment for its employees, while also functioning as a showcase for its daily client interactions.

Their previous office was highly segmented, resulting in dark, isolated areas and a quiet atmosphere. With the new space, their goal was to infuse energy and openness, creating a classic ad agency feel. This included a dynamic entrance that maximized their views and encouraged interaction and movement throughout the space.
