Living Spaces, a leading California-based furniture retailer, has partnered with Studio8 Architects to design and adapt their stores across Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia. With over 11 unique locations, Studio8 has helped blend brand consistency with creative adaptability through prototype stores, renovations, and distribution centers.

Adapting Living Spaces’ prototype façade and store layouts to meet local zoning guidelines and fit existing building shells posed significant challenges. Studio8 Architects collaborated closely with the client to ensure these adaptations aligned with Living Spaces’ branding goals while creatively complying with local requirements. With experience designing over 11 stores, Studio8 quickly prepared schematic designs that met each department’s space requirements, streamlining the construction document phase and accelerating project timelines. The projects include 150,000 SF showrooms, 50,000 SF renovated showrooms, and an 800,000 SF distribution center.
