Studio8 provided architectural services for the design of St. David’s, a 52,000 s.f., high-rise office condominium located in the heart of Austin’s central business district. St. David’s, an Austin Green Building, offers 4 stories of prime office space, complete with large balconies featuring views of the Texas State Capitol and Texas Hill Country. The building also includes 4-level parking garage and 2,000 s.f. of ground floor retail space along San Antonio Street.
