TBG was looking for new office space to fit their character and culture, and when they found The Allen, they fell in love. The first‑floor spec suite, designed by Studio8, offered a thoughtful starting point.
After signing their lease with Headwall, TBG engaged our team to refine and enhance the space to better align with their operational needs and identity. Their requested enhancements included creating a dedicated breakroom and collaboration area, adding an additional private office, reimagining a meeting room to serve as their resource library, and refining the entry sequence to deliver the welcoming presence they wanted guests to experience upon arrival.
