Teacher Retirement System – Red River Massing Studies

Building on our ongoing work with TRS, one of the largest public retirement systems in the U.S., Studio8 explored multiple options for accommodating growth at TRS’s Red River location. This included conceptualizing a new 3-story building and above-ground parking structure within the constraints of a dense downtown urban setting.

Our planning focused on maximizing square footage on a developed downtown block, while preserving the integrity of the existing 1960s Brutalist government building.
