The Inn at Los Patios
The Inn at Los Patios, an assisted living facility located in northeast San Antonio, is undergoing a much-anticipated refresh spearheaded by Emet Capital Management. Studio8 is leading the redesign, offering several innovative options to rejuvenate the common areas and amenity spaces.
Key enhancements include establishing more inviting communal spaces, redefining the lighting design and strategy, and enhancing the guest experience with custom millwork design features.
In addition to the comprehensive interior renovation, a complete reimagining of the amenity pool house is on the boards. Drawing inspiration from leisurely travel and midcentury architecture, The Pool House seeks to capture the spirit of the quintessential era of the pool by creating “a destination away from home, at home”.
