This venture capital firm relocated their Austin office to Innovation Tower, transitioning from a shared high-rise workplace into a right-sized, first-generation interior tailored to their evolving needs. The new space supports a more focused, intentional work environment while maintaining flexibility for collaboration and growth.
The design honors the aesthetic of their previous office, reinforcing brand presence through featured backlit signage and a clean, modern visual identity. A balance of refined and approachable elements creates an elevated workplace that still feels comfortable and inviting.
Warm veneer wood paneling and full-height glass fronts establish a polished framework, while polished concrete floors and exposed deck ceilings introduce an industrial, casual edge. The result is a cohesive environment that feels both professional and relaxed.
The partial-floor buildout was planned to maximize efficiency and daylight while supporting a variety of work styles. Open offices create a collaborative core, complemented by enclosed spaces designed for focus and privacy.
Thoughtfully programmed amenity spaces — including a lounge/library and break room — encourage informal connection, while conference rooms, a board room, and a dedicated Zoom room support meetings at every scale.
