Promenade I at Éilan
After evaluating the leasable square footage at the Élian Office Buildings, our clients determined that introducing amenities for current and future tenants was worth a reduction in rentable area.
Studio8 collaborated closely with the client to program these spaces, analyze market-driven tenant needs, and deliver a modern, fresh design that seamlessly complements the existing architectural language of the Élian development. The result is a thoughtfully integrated space that balances contemporary functionality with timeless design and provides employees with a refined amenity environment that supports productivity, well-being, and connection. Amenities include a breakroom, lounge space, meeting room, and fitness center.
For the renovated space, our design team selected timeless, warm, yet slightly muted materials to complement the strong materials in the existing entry
The goal was to create an efficient use of space, packing in a program that is flexible for multiple uses and events
Today, tenants regularly use the space for team meetings, collaborative work sessions, and casual breaks away from their desks
The flexible design has also supported a variety of events, from Fiesta celebrations to candle‑making classes inspired by the property’s on‑site beehives, making the amenity a true hub of activity within the campus
Additional amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, a private mother’s room, and refreshed restrooms that support comfort and convenience throughout the workday
The project includes an interior refresh of the ground-floor common restrooms, designed as a prototype for implementation throughout the rest of the building
