Voltabox, a German leader in high-performance lithium-ion batteries for vehicle and stationary use, established its first Texas manufacturing office with a facility designed for both production and public engagement. The streamlined industrial design features two office wings and an attached manufacturing space, with plans for future expansion.

A striking silver reception desk was sourced and shipped from a company that specializes in making furniture from old airplane parts. That, and the suspended industrial light pendants were both requests of the CEO who envisioned minimalist interiors.

A bold palette of red and black defines the streamlined industrial aesthetic, featuring open and private offices, conference rooms, and a breakroom overlooking the courtyard. Large lobby doors accommodate eye-catching displays, like an electric car, visible to passing traffic.

All details, from sinks and bathroom fixtures to breakroom counters and lobby displays reflect this clean, European-inspired design.

The facility and warehouse’s gleaming white interiors and painted ductwork showcase the clean operations of battery production and provide a sales tool for visiting prospects.
