OakPoint
OakPoint, a vertically integrated firm with a dynamic portfolio spanning commercial, multifamily, office, residential, and industrial real estate. Located on the 3rd floor of the 1608 West 5th Street office building, Studio8 developed a design that embodies a warm, polished, and timeless aesthetic, seamlessly integrating the building’s exterior brick into the interior while drawing focus to the expansive views framed by its large windows.
The biggest challenge was the suite’s long and narrow layout. To counter this, large glass office fronts were positioned to face the expansive warehouse windows, creating a sense of openness and making the space feel wider.
Designers created a warm, highlighted entry with a recessed light detail to welcome people in.
