This project involved transforming existing labs and warehouse spaces into state-of-the-art cleanrooms, including two ISO 5 (Class 100) and two ISO 6 (Class 1,000) cleanrooms, along with supporting areas such as clean corridors, gowning, and wipe-down stations. Upgrades also addressed parking, accessible routes, door hardware, and adjacent restrooms to meet Texas accessibility standards. Phase II focused on converting additional space into Class 100 cleanrooms tailored for specific tool installations.
